We’re here to help with any queries relating to the set-up and maintenance of your Millwall Profile, a new function from June 2022 designed to make your online experience with the club far easier moving forward.
What is a Millwall Profile and why do I need one?

The new Millwall Profile gives supporters access to all the club’s online services – Millwall Tickets, Lions Store and Millwall TV (replacement for iFollow) – with one easy log-in. In the past, fans have had to set-up separate accounts with different credentials for each whereas with a Millwall Profile you can access all three with one log-in.
You will still buy tickets, merchandise, and streaming services in all the same ways as before, but now just one set of log-in credentials will give you access to all platforms.
You need to register for a Millwall Profile before you can buy or subscribe to anything online, even if you have used the club’s digital services previously (prior to Wednesday 22nd June 2022). Once you have registered for your Millwall Profile your online experience will be quicker and easier, which is our main aim.
I’ve been buying products and services online for years so have I already got one?

No. This is a new function from Wednesday 22nd June 2022 so unless you have registered for one or after this date you need to set yours up. Once you have registered for your Millwall Profile you can link any previous accounts so that purchase histories are carried over (most importantly any ticketing loyalty points).
Will I still be able to access my existing Millwall Tickets, Lions Store, or Millwall TV (iFollow) accounts with my old log-in details?

No. You will need to register for a Millwall Profile and then you link your old accounts to that profile.
How do I register for my Millwall Profile?

Registration is easy and can be done by clicking here. You can choose to register via our partners OneID, which allows you to prove your identity whilst ensuring privacy via use of your banking app/website. Alternatively, you can register by filling out the fields visible via the link. Register here.
What is OneID?

The club has partnered with OneID to provide fans with the quickest and most secure way of registering for a Millwall Profile as possible. It works by taking you to your banking app/website so that fields are auto-filled. Don’t worry – it doesn’t give any party access to information beyond what is necessary such as name, date of birth, and address. Please check whether your bank’s logo is visible on the first page before proceeding. As per the previous question, this is one of two ways of registering.
What do you mean by ‘linked accounts’?

Supporters need to link any previous Millwall tickets, Lions Store and Millwall TV accounts to their Millwall Profile. This ensures you can access all these accounts with the new function and also makes sure purchase histories are carried over.
If you are a new supporter who have never purchased anything online then accounts will automatically link to your Millwall Profile upon creation.
What happens to my old ticketing, Lions Store, or iFollow account?

The Millwall Profile replaces your old accounts (once you have linked them as per the previous question and answer). Moving forward, any log-in requests from Millwall Tickets, the Lions Store or Millwall TV will redirect you to your Millwall Profile.
Will my loyalty points be applied to my Millwall Profile?

Yes. Once you have linked your ticketing account to your Millwall Profile then your purchase history and loyalty points total will be carried over.
What is Millwall TV?

Millwall TV is the replacement for iFollow. In June 2022 the club transitioned to a new website and streaming provider and with that move Millwall TV was born. Here you can find interviews, behind-the-scenes content, match highlights and more.
How do I buy tickets and merchandise moving forward?

In all the same ways as you have previously except you will log-in with your Millwall Profile credentials. The ticketing and Lions Store sites will have the same look and feel as before and there is no change whatsoever to the purchasing process.
